Our relationship with Iron Mountain began with the launch a new digital cloud offering, Virtual File Store. abConsulting supported this launch with a go-to-market plan, subsequently managing the media buying, asset, and sales collateral development, as well as ongoing, demand generation activities. In the words of our client, the initial program “generated more leads than sales could keep up with.” After that, we were asked to support sales acceleration strategies sales for Iron Mountain’s LiveVault product, ultimately exceeding revenue and lead expectations.
Although the digital services line of Iron Mountain was acquired by Hewlett Packard, our relationship continued. abConsulting went on to serve a number of core Iron Mountain product lines–including Data Management, Record Management, and Secure Shredding–fueling them with product marketing and demand generation activities focusing on financial, technology, legal, and HR targets at mid-market and enterprise audiences.
